Terms and Conditions

Shipping Information:  We ship the least expensive way possible.  We use USPS, UPS and Fedex. We do not profit or add any extra fees above what the shipper charges.  We use discrete packaging. Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours after it’s received based on the time of day we get the order. If item is backordered, we will advise you of the shipping date the same day order is placed.

Tariffs: When ordering from outside the USA, please be aware of your countries tariff fees, which you are responsible to pay, and is in addition to the regular shipping rate.

Returns and Refunds: We have a 30 day return policy. If you have an unused bag you would like to return Please send us an email at and we’ll provide a return authorization number and mailing address to attach to the package.  We will issue a credit to the original payment method used.  

Custom Orders: Custom orders are items that are not stock and are manufactured for a specific customer or project.  Minimum $200.00 order is required and 50% deposit at time of order.  Custom orders are non refundable/non returnable.

Privacy/Cookies Etc: We don’t use any of your personal information for anything. We don’t gather it and sell it, share it or profit from you. We will send you information/sales/discount notifications to your email address if you elect to join the newsletter. Your information is kept confidential and private.

Warranty Information:We make an awesome quality product and want you to feel the same. That’s why we back our workmanship with a 5 year warranty against defects. If a problem arises with bag construction issues, please contact us so we can make it right. The warranty doesn’t cover such things as continuous dragging the bag along the ground or UV fading of the handle/binder webbing over time.

We will determine to either replace or refund the bag. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning product. Thank You
